The short version
- We collect nothing: no name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos or device identifiers.
- There is no account and no sign-up. You open the app and play.
- No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no third-party SDKs.
- The game makes no network requests at all — it runs identically in airplane mode.
- Your progress is stored only on your own device.
Information we collect
None. Tomato Tycoon has no registration, no login and no user profile. The app never asks for personal information, and it has no way to send any anywhere, because it does not communicate with a server — ours or anyone else’s.
Where your game data lives
Your farm — coins, unlocked machines, workers, upgrades and your chosen language — is saved locally on your device through iOS UserDefaults, inside the app’s own sandbox. That data never leaves the device. We cannot see it, and we operate no server that could receive it.
Because the save is local, progress does not transfer between devices on its own and is never backed up to our systems. If you restore a device from an iCloud or Finder backup, iOS may restore the app data along with it; that transfer happens entirely between you and Apple.
Deleting your data
- In game: open Settings (the gear icon) and tap Reset Progress to wipe the save and start over.
- On device: deleting the app removes its sandbox, and every trace of the save with it.
There is nothing for us to delete on our side, because we never received anything.
Third-party services
Tomato Tycoon includes no third-party SDKs: no ad networks, no analytics providers, no crash-reporting services, no social logins. Nothing in the app profiles you or builds an advertising identifier.
Apple and the App Store
The app is distributed through the App Store, so the download itself and anything you do in the store are handled by Apple under Apple’s own privacy policy. If you have chosen in your iOS settings to share diagnostics and usage data with developers, Apple may give us aggregated, anonymised reports such as crash counts or install numbers. Those reports are produced by Apple, do not identify you, and are the only figures we ever see.
Children’s privacy
Tomato Tycoon is rated 4+ and is safe for children. It has no ads, no in-app purchases, no chat, no user-generated content and no external links. Since we collect no data at all, we do not collect personal information from children of any age — knowingly or otherwise.
Purchases
The game is free. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions, so no payment information is ever involved.
Your rights (GDPR, KVKK, CCPA)
Laws such as the GDPR, Türkiye’s KVKK and the CCPA give you the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data a company holds about you. We hold none: no personal data is collected, processed, stored, shared or sold. All of your game data stays under your own control, on your own device.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever changes in a way that affects privacy — for instance if a future update adds an optional online feature — we will update this page and its date before that version ships.
